Today, all passport applicants don't need to get a in a hurry. They must make an appointment first using (Click) DFA's website. All the necessary steps and information in getting an appointment is listed in their website. No appointment no transaction.
You have to follow instructions if you want a smooth processing of your passport. You don't have to bring passport ID pictures with you. DFA will conduct the picture taking.
If you have a computer, you have the advantage. If you don't, no worry just rent a computer at any computer or internet shops. Make sure to bring ball pen and paper with you and make sure you have an email address. Anyway, if you're not a computer literate ask someone to assist you. If you already have their message just print a copy to bring with you on your scheduled date.
